Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your yoga mat we encourage you to contact us immediately.
Yoga mats purchased online at can be returned for an exchange or a refund within 14 days after receipt (which is the sign over date from the courier). Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you have exceeded the
14 days period.


The yoga mat must be returned unused, in the original, intact packaging and in saleable condition. In case these requirements are not met Chanmaya reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange unless the item is deemed faulty.


Orders placed from UAE have free return shipping. We cannot refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping to all other countries, unless a wrong or faulty item was sent.


Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Therefore please ensure that you opt for tracking number and insurance when sending a return order.


We will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.


Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid. Postage charges are not refundable.


If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or invalid address, missed delivery, or refused delivery, you will be refunded for the item less the shipping charge and any additional return shipping fees incurred by us. Orders that are being returned to sender will not be refunded or re-sent until the package is received by us.


Cancellation policy

Upon purchase of your order, you will have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. However if 24 hours have passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.


Incorrect, defective or damaged products

If you received the wrong item or an item that was defective or damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number and photos. If your item was damaged as a result of poor packing, please also send images of how the item was packed. We will accept damage or defect claims up to 7 days after receipt (which is the sign over date from the courier). We will evaluate the photos and if the product sent is incorrect, defective or damaged we will send you a replacement free of charge.
